My approach to embodied transformation blends trauma-informed therapy, somatic awareness, and gentle energy-based practices into a deeply integrative path of healing and growth. This work is an awakening — a homecoming to the body and the wisdom that lives within. It’s not about striving to fix or change, but softening into what’s already here. Through presence, feeling, and deep listening, the body becomes your compass — guiding you back to balance, aliveness, and truth.

Through nervous system regulation, somatic inquiry, and embodied awareness, you begin to release what no longer serves and return to your natural rhythm.
