Your Body’s Wisdom. Your Life’s Design.
Heather Boucher, MA, CCC-SLP
Trauma-Informed Therapist + Embodied Transformation Coach
Approach
My approach is grounded in the understanding that true transformation begins in the body. Healing doesn’t come from striving or fixing what feels broken, but from slowing down, listening deeply, and allowing the body to lead the way.
Embodied Transformation is the heart of this process - an awakening that unfolds through presence and felt experience. Informed by the ancient wisdom traditions that honor the body as sacred and energy as the creative force of life, I support you to reconnect with your natural rhythms and the intelligence already within. These traditions remind us that the body isn’t something to transcend, but a living gateway to awareness, wholeness, and love.
Through somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and gentle energy-based practices, we create the conditions for your body to unwind old patterns, integrate past experiences, and restore its natural rhythm and balance. As energy begins to move freely again, clarity, creativity, and vitality naturally arise.
My approach honors your body as wise, trustworthy, and whole - a living expression of consciousness. Together, we explore how sensations, emotions, and energy move through you, and how your body communicates what it needs for safety, connection, and freedom.
This work supports you to:
Feel calmer, more grounded, and present in daily life

Through presence, breath, sound, and movement, transformation unfolds naturally - not through effort or force, but through trust in the body’s wisdom and its natural capacity to heal and awaken.Through somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and gentle energy-based practices, I support you to create the conditions for the body to release old tension, integrate past experiences, and return to an embodied state of balance.
